Just my thoughts on local beers. Disclaimer - Subject to change!!

Shiga Kogen IPA and House (actually they don't make a bad beer)

Want to try
Isekodoya Imperial smoked Porter

Yo Ho Barley Wine

Favourite Brewery
Shiga Kogen (nice guys too)

Most disappointing Brewery
Minoh (still producing weak bodied brews)

Most overrated
Unfortunately Baird (they have a few good uns but just spread themselves far too thin)

Favourite Bar
Popeyes (but living in Yokohama the craft beer bar/thrash zone combo is more common for me)
